Ombre is definitely a trend to look out for in 2012. What is Ombre actually? The word ombre comes from fashion, means a graduated variation in
color.
In French, Ombre means "shaded". Basically, a color fades from a light shade to a darker shade
gradually or from a dark shade to a light shade of the same color
family.
This
haute look using graduating colors from light to dark is being used in
everything from flowers to cake to stationery to linens to wedding
attire. Ombre has been around in fashion for a very long time until recently it resurfaced, making its
fabulous mark in the wedding world. They're so amazing and today we'd like to share some more of these ombre beauties with you brides out there. Enjoy! (Adapted & Interpreted from Belle Magazine, Vegas WP & Shayla Hawkins)
